The Windows Security window appears, click the Install this driver software anyway button to continue. Right-click the USB Cable Modem icon and select Properties, from the Devices and Printers window.Ĭlick the Hardware tab from the top on the USB Cable Modem Properties window.Ĭlick the Properties button near the bottom of the window.Ĭlick the Update Driver button on the new USB Cable Modem Properties window.Ĭlick the Browse my computer for driver update button.Ĭlick the Browse button to locate the extracted folder from step 2 on the Desktop and click the Next button. Power on the modem and connection the USB cable from the modem to the computer. Right-click the saved file and select Extract here.Ĭlick the Windows Start button and select Devices and Printers.
